Aram Enterprises was incorporated and registered in 1980 as a duly Licensed Recruitment Agency to recruit and deploy workers worldwide recognized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Since incorporation, Aram has passed every Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and Department of Labor and Employment's (DOLE) yearly inspection. Aram is frequently recognized by POEA for its sustained efforts of continuously promoting the competence of our OFWs and creating employment opportunities abroad. Our systems are fully documented, systematic, verifiable, updated and aligned with POEA. Aram's POEA License has always been current and has always received an Excellent standing by our Labor office (POEA).

In the early years of the company, Aram was immediately recognized for its competence, knowledge of overseas markets, innovative and pioneering approach to overseas manpower placement led by Mr. Alfredo C. Vargas Jr., founder and Chairman of Aram Enterprises Incorporated. Well respected and a recognized expert, he is a frequent guest speaker of Recruitment Industry Conventions including a host of numerous Television and Radio interviews with regard to Recruitment. He represented the Recruitment Industry together with delegates from different industries with the late President Corazon Aquino through the kind invitation of the Late King Fahd of Saudi Arabia.
